HOW IT WORKS ?

If you find a puppy you like, please fill out the application form for that puppy. We will then email you more information about the puppy and the purchase process. To ensure you are a suitable owner and can provide a safe and comfortable home, we may ask you some questions about yourself and your environment.

If you are approved to adopt the puppy, we will email you a contract outlining our adoption terms for your approval. Once the agreement is completed, you can proceed with the payment for your chosen puppy. You can either pick up the puppy from our home or have it shipped to you, and we will arrange the delivery accordingly as described below.


PAYMENTS

We only ship or give our puppy away when full payment is made. A $500 non-refundable deposit can be made to reserve a puppy, the puppy will be yours upon payment of the remaining money. In case you decide to change your mind about the chosen puppy, you can select any other puppy from the same litter or wait for our next litter.

Deposit payments are NON refundable. Payments can be done in advance for upcoming litters.

PICKING UP YOUR PUPPY

You can pick up the puppy directly from our home and pay the full amount. For those living in our city, we can also meet at a location agreed upon in advance. We accept visits only on weekends. All visits must be scheduled. If you cannot come to us, we can ship the puppy to you. The puppy must be at least two months old (8 weeks) to be shipped

SHIPPING

We use professional pet shipping companies to deliver our puppies. We work with various pet companies, including established airlines and expert pet transport agents. Depending on the flight availability and your location, we will choose the best option for you to receive your puppy as soon as possible.

A tracking number and flight schedule will be sent to you before the shipping of your puppy. You will need to present yourself at the airport with an ID that matches the information we received. If you want someone else to collect the puppy, you must send us an email with complete identification details of that person before the shipping is completed. If this information does not match, the puppy will not be delivered and will be returned to us immediately. We have a current promotion that includes free shipping, as we have a limited number of free transport vouchers
